-We do accept returns!

-A full refund will be given in the form of a in-store credit. The item must be returned within 20 days of purchase on fashion jewelry and within 30 days for engagement rings, unless jewelry is sized or altered as per customer. 

-If we alter or size an item we will deduct a fee from your return. 

-All custom orders are FINAL SALE

-If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a in-store credit or exchange.

-The in-store credit for your refund will once we receive and process your return.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

-Two ways to complete your return:

1. If returning "in-store" we require a receipt or proof of purchase/receipt with your item.

2. If shipping, please return item with a copy of your reciept to:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, as a Store Credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at breauxsjewelersmarketing@gmail.com and send your item to: 1906 Barataria Blvd. Marrero Louisiana US 70072.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1906 Barataria Blvd Marrero Louisiana US 70072

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if charged a shipping fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This will protect you if, for any reason, we do not receive your item. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items through shipping.
